What is POD?
- Print on demand(POD) means that every products is made when a customer places an order, except for digital product's

- Orders take 2-3 business for fulfillment/manufacturing

Shipping cost?

- We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal, Shopify payments, Apple pay & Google pay
*Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than £ GBP
Returns:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund
- Timing: we have a 28 days Return Policy, since the day item was received
- Digital Products are non-refundable, they are considered final sale
- To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, undamaged, accompanied by proof of purchase and its original packaging
- For returns, please email info@cheekypassion.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return
- We don't provide return labels, the customer is responsable for return shipping cost, we suggest using your local post office
- We don't offer exchanges because of our business model(POD)
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories are considered final sale, non-refundable
- We don't offer returns for on sale items or gift cards
